Convert a recipe from parts to percentages

The conventional format for expressing a %-recipe shows the base glaze adding up to 100, and the additives added on top of this. This means that the total %-recipe is made up of 100 parts of "base glaze" PLUS the additives, expressed as "+...%"

1 Decide which glaze materials are "base glaze materials" and which are "additives"
